Looking for some guidance/tips on mining in a solar powered warehouse

My family just recently installed solar panels for one of our buildings (office/warehouse), mainly for tax incentives and cheaper energy cost. The building generates on average between 800 and 1,000 KWH (kilowatt hours) depending on the time of year. I'm strongly considering buying a dozen or so mining rigs, maybe more, but want to first make sure it will make sense/be profitable.

A friend of mine is selling bitmain S7 miners. He has a plug and play set with switches/PSU's that powers 20 miners. He's selling the whole set for $17,500.

A couple questions for those with experience.

1) Is that a fair price for the whole set of S7's? I might be able to negotiate the price down a bit more

2) Would it make sense/be profitable with 20 miners? Or would I need more?

3) Does it make sense to start buying bitmain equipment now with the potential SegWit 2.0 changes around the corner?

Any help would be much appreciated!
